Upper Wharfedale Fell Rescue Association is based at Grassington while The CaveRescue Organisation is based at Clapham. Our two voluntary rescue teams provide assistance to people and animals in need in the southern part of the Yorkshire Dales. Both rescue teams respond to incidents on the surface and underground for walkers, climbers and other countryside users. They also assist Police Authorities in other matters throughout the UK when requested. |
